George Quebbeman (GQ) (gquebbeman@4sqsolutions.com) is president and owner of 4SQ Solutions LLC, founded in 2008.
Tom Saltsman (Tom) (tsaltsman@4sqsolutions.com) is president and owner of partner company QS4 Solutions, LLC, founded in 2007.
- Previously, as Vice President of Product Development at JDA Software (NASDAQ: JDAS; $400m), GQ built and led an
organization of over 100 members. He joined JDA in 1998 upon its acquisition of the Ann-Arbor, Michigan-based Arthur Retail
division of Comshare, Inc, where he was Director of Arthur Retail product development. GQ has managed the design and
development of innovative, reliable, and scalable business application software products for Comshare or JDA Software since
1993. Prior to that time, he was a systems engineer, quality assurance analyst, and computer operator for mainframe-based
timesharing systems. These varied positions resulted in a well-rounded view of IT, software requirements, and R&D execution to
commercial delivery. GQ is the father of 3 wonderful children, and resides in Phoenix, AZ. When he’s not working, he likes to sing
karaoke, play guitar, and create abstract expressionist art.
Tom Saltsman (Tom) (tsaltsman@4sqsolutions.com) is president and owner of partner company QS4 Solutions, LLC, founded in 2007.
- During Tom’s career in the information industry, he has cultivated experience in all aspects of software design, development and
deployment. He has directed product management process development and led installation development, database
administration and hardware/software infrastructure management for a development team of over 300. In prior roles, Tom had
responsibility for all delivery and QA efforts for a software catalog of more than 65 products, generating over US $300m annually.
He managed development maintenance efforts and restructured operations for development, QA, support and documentation
teams responsible for a globally distributed software product collection serving over 4000 distinct customers. Most recently, Tom
has been managing development infrastructure and providing Student Information Systems resource planning and delivery efforts
for the School District of Puerto Rico and the Los Angeles Unified School District. On the personal side, Tom’s primary avocation
is the creation of Arts & Crafts inspired furniture.
